This Fulfillment Policy outlines our approach to delivering services efficiently, ensuring timely results, and addressing any concerns related to service fulfillment and refunds.

Service Delivery & Fulfillment

1. Financial Consultation Services

Upon confirming your booking and payment, a dedicated financial advisor will be assigned to you immediately. Initial consultations are typically conducted through secure video conferencing platforms or, if applicable, in-person meetings. Follow-up sessions, strategy discussions, and reviews are scheduled according to the client’s availability and the specifics of the services required.

2. Corporate Branding & Growth Strategy

For branding and growth strategy services, we provide a detailed project timeline upon completion of the initial discovery phase. Project timelines generally range from 10 to 30 business days based on the complexity of the engagement. Regular progress updates will be provided at key project milestones, and all deliverables will be sent digitally via a secure platform.

3. Budgeting & Financial Management Solutions

Customized budgeting and financial management plans are delivered within 7 to 14 business days after your initial consultation. Clients will receive comprehensive financial reports and personalized recommendations via our secure client portal. Ongoing support and consultations are available as part of our continuous management service.

4. Trading Education & Mentorship

All trading tutorials, guides, and educational content are provided digitally. Upon purchase, access credentials are typically sent within 24 hours. One-on-one mentorship and live sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability and the specific needs of the client.

Refund Policy

We prioritize your satisfaction and work diligently to ensure that our services meet the highest standards. Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity:

Refund Eligibility

  • Consultation Services: Refunds are available only if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Branding & Growth Strategy Projects: Refunds are available if a project is canceled within 3 business days of signing the agreement and before any work has commenced. Once work has started, no refunds will be issued, as the services are tailored to your specific needs.
  • Budgeting & Financial Management Services: If services are canceled before any work has been started, a 75% refund will be issued. Once the planning process has begun or reports have been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
  • Digital Products (e.g., Trading Tutorials): All sales of digital products are final once access has been granted. As the content is immediately available, we are unable to offer refunds for digital courses, guides, or tutorials.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and will be issued through the original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Modifications to the Policy

21 XAGE reserves the right to amend or update this Fulfillment and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate, communicated directly to affected clients.
